How do I get my music?

Visit the “My Library” section of the site. This can be accessed by the slide out menu located on the upper right hand side or the hover over player located at the bottom of the site. You can download your order directly to your computer or selected device (Apple® devices such as iPhone®, iPod®, and iPad® will require that you download your music via computer and import them into your iTunes® library and sync your device.) Your music will automatically be placed in your Library on the My Library section of the GhostTunes® website, which will store all of your purchases from GhostTunes® and allow you to listen from your mobile device and download all of your purchases to your computer.

What is MY LIBRARY?

Your GhostTunes® Library is a cloud based storage of your complete purchase history with GhostTunes® that allows you to listen or download any purchase you have made on GhostTunes®.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card once you submit your order. For digital pre-orders we’ll charge your credit on the product release date.

Duties and taxes are not included in my total. When and how much will I have to pay?

International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees, once they reach your country. We have no control over these charges and they may vary widely from country to country. You, as the importer of record, will have to comply with the laws and regulations of your country and will be responsible for these charges. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays.

What is your general return policy?

There are no returns available on digital downloadable products.
